Chapter 4

The dinner

“Ding, Ding ! Ding, Ding! “rang a bell nearby.

“Oh whoopedy -doo! Its dinner time! “declared the man.

‘Let me escort you to Mrs. Diana, she will know what to do to you!’

“Who’s Mrs. Diana? “ I questioned in my mind.

The man gave me his hand and I stood up, I looked at the man again, now I know! , he’s the butler.

As I walked with him , I looked at my own clothes, I was wearing a simple shirt and leggings and my backpack lay on my back, and wait , I haven’t introduced myself yet , how foolish ! I am Arya Das, a young girl aged 15, I love adventure, I have scaled many mountains and love swimming in lakes , also I ran away from my parents when I was 13 years old because I couldn’t bear them fighting with each other and my current home is an abandoned cottage near a lake which is fully furnished, I eat fish from the lake and bread from the market , I earn money by researching animals, water from the lake is very fresh so I drink that and sometimes I even make fish soup for special occasions , my best friend John used to live with me but his parents found him and dragged him away , I miss him so much, fish soup was his favorite !

Now back to the story, I and the butler reached a large room with a lot of chandeliers and glass paintings all over the room, at the end of the room, stood a fit woman wearing a gray sweatshirt and jeans, and her hair was tied into a long braid, she turned to me and twisted her mouth into a smile and waved her hand, she was Mrs. Diana.
